Following your delivery
Please note: order tracking numbers are provided once your order has been processed and sent. Please do not contact us immediately after ordering to ask for your tracking number.
When your tracking code arrives
We only receive the shipping tracking code once the package has been shipped, no sooner. It comes to you in a "Your order has now been shipped" email, which you should receive 24 to 48 hours after you order.
Tracking your parcel
Use the tracking code from that email with the courier named in it. If the code is not showing anything yet, give it a day: codes often go live only after the first depot scan.
Don't have your tracking number to hand?
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, get in touch with your order number and the email address you used at the checkout, and we will resend the code.
