Where we deliver

We deliver across Ireland. Delivery takes 5 to 7 days wherever you are in the country, once your order has been handled.

Our checkout also accepts delivery addresses outside Ireland, at the same delivery charges. Delivery outside Ireland takes longer than 5 to 7 days, so please email us before you order and we will give you an estimate for your country.

What delivery costs

Standard delivery is free on orders of €100 or more. Below that, a flat €25 applies. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay, so nothing is added at the last step.

You can also choose Express Delivery in the cart for €25. Express is a paid upgrade, so that charge applies to every express order, including orders that qualify for free standard delivery. If you need your order by a particular date, email us before you buy and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.

How long it takes

Orders are handled and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. Allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Once you have it, you can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.

Separate parcels

For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If part of an order has arrived and you are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.

If something goes wrong in transit

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us at theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will put it right at no cost to you. Our refunds and returns page has the details.
