These terms govern your use of luggage.irish and any purchase you make from Luggage Company Ireland, a brand operated by Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, a limited liability company incorporated in Thailand ("we", "us" or "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- use it in a way that breaks any law or regulation;
- try to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with how the site works;
- copy or redistribute our text, images, branding or design without our written permission;
- give false information or pretend to be someone else.
Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, sizes, dimensions and weights. Nothing is made to order. Photographs are for illustration, and small differences in colour and finish can occur.
Prices
All prices are shown in euro, and the price in your cart, including any delivery charge, is the price you pay at checkout. If we find a mistake in the price of an order you have placed, we will contact you before it ships to ask whether you want to go ahead at the correct price.
Ordering
- Order processing. Once your payment has cleared, orders are usually handled within 24 to 48 hours.
- Contacting us. You can message us at any time and we usually reply within one working day.
- Delivery times. See our shipping page.
Your order and our contract
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm and ship your order.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where stock is not available or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
- Please give accurate delivery and contact details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Payment and security
Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe or PayPal over an encrypted connection. We never receive or store your full card details.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
Our Shipping and Refunds & Returns pages set out delivery times and costs, your 15 days from delivery to change your mind (one more than the 14 days Irish and EU law give you), and the full return and refund conditions. They form part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts can hear disputes about them. You can also bring a claim through the Small Claims procedure of the District Court. This does not take away any protection you have as a consumer that cannot be set aside by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
