Luggage Company Ireland sells aluminium luggage online, delivered across Ireland from an online store with no shop front. It sells one product: a zipperless aluminium hard shell luggage trolley case with TSA approved 3-digit combination locks (1,000 combinations), four floor friendly 360 degree rubber spinner wheels, a three-position trolley handle (28cm to 52cm) and a fully lined interior with a divider, packing straps and zipped mesh pockets. Two sizes: 54cm/20 inch (14.8 x 8.3 x 20.7 in, 4.08 kg) and 69cm/26 inch (18 x 9.8 x 27 in, 5 kg).

Prices are in euro and the price you see is the price you pay. Standard delivery is free on orders over EUR 100 and otherwise EUR 25, in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Express Delivery is a paid upgrade for EUR 25 on any order. The checkout also accepts addresses outside Ireland at the same delivery charges, with a longer transit.

Returns: Irish law (the Consumer Rights Act 2022, giving effect to EU Directive 2011/83/EU) gives 14 days from delivery to cancel an online purchase. This shop gives 15 days from delivery on the same terms; the refund covers the price and the standard delivery charge, the customer pays change-of-mind return postage, and no handling or cancellation fee is charged. A faulty, damaged or misdescribed item is put right at no cost to the customer, including a 30-day right to reject faulty goods. Nothing is made to a customer's specification.
