How many sizes are there?
Two: 54cm/20" and 69cm/26". Choose the size on the product page before adding the case to your cart.
Is there a discount code?
Customers who receive our emails get the code valued-customer, which takes 15% off the goods at the checkout.
Is delivery included in the price?
Standard delivery is free on orders over €100, so it is free on this case. Express Delivery is an optional €25 upgrade, shown in the cart before you pay.
Is the checkout secure?
Yes. Payment is taken by Stripe or PayPal over an encrypted connection, and we never receive or store your card details.
When will my order arrive?
In 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.
Before you order
- Check your airline first if you plan to take the 54cm/20" case on board. Cabin limits differ by airline, and the measurements on the product page are the ones to check.
- Check the size you are picking. Each size has its own price, and the figure next to Add to Cart is always the one you pay.
- Ask us first if anything is unclear. Email theteam@customersupport.care and our team will answer, seven days a week.
Delivery and returns, plainly
Standard delivery is free on orders over €100, in 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Express Delivery is €25.
You have 15 days from delivery to change your mind, one more than the 14 days Irish law gives you, and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 apply to every order: a faulty, damaged or misdescribed case is put right at our cost.
