What is the luggage made from?
This case has an aluminium alloy shell on an aluminium frame, and it is fully lined inside. Under a hard knock aluminium can dent or scuff rather than crack.
What is a TSA combination lock?
The TSA lock helps secure your belongings, and it matters for trips to countries such as the USA. Customs staff there have universal keys for TSA combination locks, so they can open the case safely instead of breaking it open.
How do I set my lock?
Set the code to 000. Turn 90 degrees. Push down. Hold down and set your new code. Pull up. Turn back to the lock position.
How can I properly clean my case?
We recommend a gentle soap and warm water, rinsed well. If you would like to wax the case after cleaning, any good silicone-based car or furniture polish will keep the lustre and add resistance to the finish. We do NOT recommend cleaning the luggage with a combination cleaner-polish.
How should I pack?
Pack your clothing tightly without over-stuffing your suitcase. Tight packing means no loss of space and fewer wrinkles. Three methods work well: rolling (roll each garment and hold it with a rubber band), interweaving (lay the longest items in the bottom with the ends hanging over the case, place smaller items on top, then fold the ends back over) and bundling (wrap each outfit together, starting with socks and underwear, then the shirt, then the trousers).
Which size should I choose?
The 54cm/20" case measures 14.8 x 8.3 x 20.7 inches and weighs 4.08 kg. The 69cm/26" case measures 18 x 9.8 x 27 inches and weighs 5 kg. If you plan to take the smaller case on board, check your airline's cabin limits first.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are handled within 24 to 48 hours and delivered in 5 to 7 days. Standard delivery is free on orders over €100, and Express Delivery is a €25 upgrade.
Can I return the case?
Yes. You have 15 days from delivery to change your mind, one more than the 14 days Irish law gives you, and faulty goods are always put right at our cost. See our refunds and returns page for the details.
