There is no shop to visit: we are an online supplier. Trade and bulk orders go through the custom quote page.

How quickly will you reply?
Our support team works seven days a week, and most emails are answered within 1 business day.
What should I include if I am asking about an order?
Your order number and the email address you used at the checkout, so we can find your order straight away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Email us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you can still return it within 15 days of delivery.
Where is my tracking number?
We email it once your order has been processed and sent, usually 24 to 48 hours after you order. We only receive the code once the package has shipped.
Can I order by phone ?
Orders are placed online through the checkout. You are welcome to call our phone with a question first.
